We may not know anything, but there is a level of expectation....and I would say its high.

I like equating things to sports, and to me its like a hockey team with 3 goalies, and the starter was injured in the last game. Everyone knows that someone has to be between the pipes for today's match, but the team isn't saying who....Will the 1st stringer try to play through his injury?  Will the coach call on his 2nd or 3rd stringer to fill in?  

Not a perfect analogy, but there's a high degree of expectation imo that there has to be an announcment on the financing side....if not today, then very soon
