Just a comment:

RVX raised $10M in an overnight sale @ $1.80 / share. A lousy deal considering that the shares traded at / above 2.00 for the last 30 days.  $10M = the sale of 5,555,555 M shares, and the same number of attached warrants exercisable @ $2.05. I did not read any conditions that would force the exercise of these warrants if RVX trades at some level above $2.05 for some fixed number of days. 

If and when exercised, these warrants will provide an additional $11.4 M to RVX, along with some dilution.

PS: I have been with RVX for a long time. and have decided to ride it out  My concern is that DM over-promises and under-deliveres, but we are stuck with him. Analists gave up on him years ago.
