NBB - The most interesting thing with this financing to me is that it is being done at a premium to market and the shares are not tradable until after the note must be paid out. This seems to say that whoever is taking this financing down is pretty certain there is an eminent deal about to happen. 

I thought the CANTOR trial news was good for RVX, the news this morning is fantastic.
