Led, we have a closely held shares situation compounded with light trade volumes. Not much tree shaking permitted with this scenario as it seems.
I am not saying it cannot happen ( tree shaking that is) but we are close to the finish line and I would guess that the 30% floating shares are sticking around for the big bang, with the odd exception.
