Its very interesting Apebetalone is left off the list,  , I read an article a few years back regarding Resverlogix and the Phase 2 failure  and John Carrol was the author  so he definately knows resverlogix, Maybe John is a former invester in Resverlogix and is pissed off with the past phase 2 failures .......
