Keep in mind there is another stress point...I think still $7m USD still owing on 3rd Eye plus a covenant to deliver top lines by Jan 31 was missed.

Obviously there was no news on the covenant and RVX had a couple of weeks to hit the May 4th deadline.

I am completely confident 3rd Eye will be dealt with so maybe there will be a pop in sp then??? just my opinion
