I agree GAC. 40 million shares would be great as far as I’m concerned. It would be unlikely, but if it does happen, it would speak volumes about investor confidence/interest and that (plus the huge influx of cash for the company) would be a good price to pay for the extra dilution in my opinion. 

I cannot see the SP getting much above $4 though until top line results (I hope I’m wrong). I believe that once investors get their $4 shares with this new offer, many will sell them above $4 and keep the warrants so that if the SP does take off, they won’t beat their heads against the wall (much) because at least they have their warrants to convert and stay in the game.
