$4 per unit now for 1 share and 1 warrant. If you want the warrant converted to a share, the excercise price is $4.60. Some from the 2 share perspective, it is $4 plus $4.60 = $8.60 for two shares. However, one can also elect to trade the unexercised warrant (RVX.WT) instead of paying the $4.60. Others are more knowledgeable and experience in the warrant trading, so I won't comment on it further. Here is the news release on the pricing of the share + warrant unit.
