DND - Just my opinion - I don't think he was necessarily implying that we met all other targets.  But even if they had the data only over the weekend, I am sure they took a look at important targets to they extent they could pretty quickly, and I do think he was implying that they got something important. No guarantee as to what exactly or how important, but enough to keep things going, maybe. Just my take.
