Yes I agree that I do not think that DM was saying that everything else was a hit. I believe it is more likely that he made a blunder by saying that “we have only missed confirming the primary end point”. So a lawyer may infer that DM is saying “we didn’t miss confirming everything else” (The bold is mine). A lawyer may serve those words up to DM down the road. I would have advised him to leave out the word “only”, unless of course everything else was a hit. :)
