I agree, looking forward to Don explaining his thoughts on how close we came. or how close we "are" looking at some of the data, science posts from Bear, Bfw, cityslickers, Icono, etc. And/but, maybe we are there (or VERY close) for some specific indications/scenarios in some other parts of the world? ... referring to cityslickers post.

I really had no idea, just how vast the diabetic/cardio with eGFR<60 market segment looks, at 40-60mm potential patients. Even at nominal pricing at $1500 /patient annum (not that expensive relatively speaking), that is a hefty sales figure.
