Yes the subgroup analysis look amazing, but there aren't enough patients in any of those cohorts to allow for an NDA.  Amazing but based on sample sizes to be considered reliable, confirmation is needed with larger phase 3 trials.  They put all their eggs in the MACE basket, but didn't design a large enough trial....

Dr. Ray is now suggesting a trial about double the size is needed.

Don't want to argue the point though...we need news on how they're going to advance on the promising but unproven results from the smaller subgroups.
