It’s not inconceivable Shenzhen HL might think the results sufficient to apply for approval in China while waiting for everything else to happen. Perhaps P=0.06 and the subgroup results will be sufficient there. After all, there is an argument that if a drug is definitely safe, which seems to have been demonstrated for ABL, and there is a huge unmet need, it makes sense to accept P=0.06 rather than wait three years for P=0.05. Time will tell.
