AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Re: Looks like 0 participation in warrant incentive imo - answer to my email...

An opinion or point of view cannot be correct or incorrect in the strictest sense.

When the incentive was announced on November 25th and afterwards I tended to cautiously side with those who suggested that just because the PPS had dropped below the $1.33 conversion price...that conversion still seemed likely based on the opinion that buying a sizeable quantity of shares would drive the PPS up hard and fast.

I recall other examples where the company announced intitatives or things that were going to happen, and then never did, so announcing the incentive program without assurance of participation by affected warrant holders...I would not be surprised at all if my opinion is correct in that regard.
