By that logic you could change the comparison company every day and make the same daily rant.

Wednesday: I don't think that the stock price of 'Company E' has been discussed here recently.   Thus, there is no repetition there -- it's new information.

Of course, it's the repeated broader bashing that's the TOU violation.  Rephrasing it or changing a few details isn't relevant.
