Option #3: It could be a real possibility.

However, with HL owning ~ 40% of RVX fully diluted would not be able to participate in a great deal not to put them over 50%. That leaves Eastern and ORI to pick up the slack. Based on the little interest Eastern has shown lately in RVX, Don needs to sit down with Ken Dart and do some serious selling. That leaves Ori to put up the major portion.

I figure CAN $100-150 Mil will do the trick to see BOM2 + Operations. But for any of this to be possible, we need an SPP of CAN $2+ to keep the dilution down as much as possible.
