I meant to add to my post....that this is a grey area and the licensee with a licensor in bankruptcy may have some avenues of protection if they continue to perform their duties as outlined in the license agreement. This would likely be very murky in our case given that Hepalink for one, is bound to be providing some contribution to clinical trials which seem yet to be defined. I guess we shall see how it rolls out. IMO Hepalink May feel keeping RVX solvent is their best bet for protection, at least for now.
