sidebar as to whether the BOD is acting in good faith, we keep voting them back year after year. We reap what we sow I guess. Shareholders can initiate a special board meeting to remove board members but it is not easy. 

As far as Hepalink is concerned, they have come to the rescue of RVX more than once. So I don't fault them in any way. 

That topic was discussed on this forum concerning Zenith coming to the aid of RVX financially for BOM2. Many did not find that to be an issue. RVX has several directors in common with Zenith CC and thus is considered a related company.
