Could the pp be initiated at this time( just before the AGM) to ensure that the present board has enough votes at the AGM to prevent them from being voted out. Institutional backing at an AGM would go a long way. A mess like Wildcat had would surely set us back.

 I agree that the papers were drawn up awhile ago, but the agreement could be set-up so as not to be triggered till a certain sp was attained. The math just correlates a little too neatly for me.
