I guess my initial question is Why extend? Is this a delay tactic? Just killing time before the merger vote date? Why are we waiting so long for a merger vote anyways?

I can see how one could view this as positive for the SPQ / KWG relationship as in allowing them more time to do a Superior plus 1 (lol).

Still as I commented in my last post the merger is the Superior Direction and I would like to hear more SPQ/KWG PR on those benefits to shareholders which would also imply a "not impressed" snub toward cliffs.
