Dear XXXXXX:

I’m writing today to inform you of an exciting infrastructure and mining development possibility for Canada and Northern Ontario. This is a world class mining opportunity which the Conservative government can put their stamp on. It is commonly referred to as the “Ring of Fire” (ROF). Located in a remote area of Northern Ontario, 190 kilometers north of Albany River and 240 kilometers west of James Bay, it has captured the attention of investors in Canada and around the world. Nakina, with its bustling airport supporting budding mining exploration, and Marten Falls, with its winter road to the mining camp, are two important communities with important economic links to the ROF.

Over forty Canadian junior venture exploration companies including Noront Resources, Freewest Resources, and Spider Resources, have invested millions of dollars on drilling, airborne surveys, and ground geophysics, exploring the tundra and muskeg, and have discovered potentially vast nickel, copper, platinum group of elements (PGEs), and chromite deposits. In the process they have met an Aboriginal community hopeful of becoming partners in their region's development.

Our investor's group (Agoracom) believes that the ROF and its potential world class mining operation, is a wonderful opportunity for the people of Ontario, Canada, and the many retail investors in Canada and around the world. Included in these investors are many of our First Nations peoples who are already working with the companies mentioned above. There is a growing business relationship between the First Nations peoples and the exploration companies, which would provide an initial labour force.

The economic climate in Ontario and in Canada is facing a tremendous challenge at this time. That said, it is our belief that even in this difficult time, the Conservative government has a tremendous opportunity to assist in the development of a world class rail/road link providing an infrastructure bridge to greater and more prosperous Asian trade.

The chromite mineralization may exceed 100 million tonnes. This mineral is used for, among other things, stainless steel. Many consider chromite a strategic mineral. It should be noted that there are no operational chromite mines in North America. Furthermore, there is also a huge potential for additional nickel (two million tonnes already) and copper discoveries.

This is a marvelous opportunity for all peoples of Northern Ontario, but especially the First Nations peoples. However, it will require government help in the way of infrastructure dollars: dollars that could be used for among other things, all-weather roads, a railroad, hydro-electric power, and a potential deepwater port, which would use the Canada’s sovereign Northwest Passage shipping lanes.

Finally, I believe that the Federal Conservative Government has the vision to help make this opportunity a reality: a vision of wealth creation for many people that will drive future Canadian development beyond the borders of Ontario. Such an investment, by Canadians for Canadians, will be repaid by resultant income and other tax revenues to the future benefit of all who live in our wonderful country.

Regards,
