Puplava and Friends v. Dan Arnold: Who's Right?

Today for the first time in 8 months, oil was selling for below $90.

Oil prices will be back up to their old highs by year's end and much higher than that in the next several years (Puplava and Friends).

Versus,

As the USA GDP is cut in half, oil will be back down to $10/barrel (Dan Arnold).

I know, I know....ChinIndia will drive up the price as supplies drop off the cliff.
