If what you are saying about Canada is true, would you suggest Canadians should sell their houses now, before the drop hits here?

I have felt that my bank is less eager to lend in this situation; I just learned that if I wish to increase my line of credit, the interest rate charged would no longer be prime, but prime + 1%, and this is with me using a max. of 60% of my house as collateral.

I do feel that something is happening here in Canada as well...
