This is the same FB that called for Oil to drop back down to the twenties last time he was an "expert" on financialsense a couple months ago, as for Dave Morgan I talked to him back in February 2003 and he did NOT like Wheaton River or Cardero, both were very good performers, he has not been very good at picking juniors for a very long time.
