The 2013 date first showed up this May on slide #26 of the AGM power point slide presentation, so I have no idea what was said at that meeting. It is likely that, because of the big question mark on that slide that this is a date that is theoretically possible for Tyhee to start production . I asked Dave, and he said that while it is it possible, it is most likely that there will be delays.
