I have no personal issue with anything you have written.

My only fear is that people on this board (newcomers more particularly) could become accustomed to discussions of price at such a low figure and accept such an offer.

As you correctly point out our (i.e. "this boards") response, if we are all against such a foolish price, could cause the BOD's to push away low offers.

I am speaking up here for the sole purpose of protecting my own investment. Tyhee, IMO, is a stellar property and it is my personal "home run ball." I would hate for the coaches to insist that I bunt rather than swing for the fences.

I enjoy the fact that your commentary keeps this board active. I complimented BAIRES2 for his doing so long ago. I post in bursts when something strikes me as important. Many others post regularly; that is appreciated too.
