No proof. But I have seen activity in the past that suggests that Canaccord staff, rather than customers, manipulate low SP stocks for personal profit. They will nudge a stock higher, then sell at a small profit. The theory is that the staff pay next to nothing for transaction fees and and can play this game with little risk. They could be playing this game with TDC.
