Well the only two things we know for certain at this moment are (1) no formal offer has been made (2) AE quote 'everything is on the table' and (3) various early negotiations/discussions have been made.

In between that and any buyout there is plenty of room for anything to happen. And this damn secretive graphite industry just keeps it all the more mysterious. Post PEA we may have fireworks or just a one loud bang. Who the hell knows other than insiders? No one.

This stock, at this stage, is as exciting as it is excrutiating.
