I don't see any conspiracy anywhere. I do see AE and the rest of the board refusing any opportunity that comes their way to acquire more shares in methods that would support the company.

Just for putting his name on the list, AE got 33,000+ warrants. He bought nothing, even when saying in the release how many he would have after doing so. I appreciate that he has plenty of shares already, but it looks awful that he took those warrants for doing dick all. And the rest of the board aren't even that stocked up on shares. And apparently don''t want to spend any money to get that way. That looks awful, too.
