From the SI post by Reflection in regard to the last Zen AGM:

"At the end of the meeting a group of us approached Mr. Sean Whiteford and gave him a list of our concerns. Mr. Whiteford told the group he would get back to them. Mr. Whiteford never did get back to the group. In other words he brushed them off. The group then sent a letter to Mr. Eveleigh with their concerns. there were 72 signatures from shareholders in that letter. Mr. Eveleigh brushed them off."

If only 35 shareholds out of that group of 72 each owns 100,000 shares,that will be enough votes required to defeat  those fat cats(not you Fluffy of course).However the more the merrier.Let,s go yellow.

By the way,I just received the green form in the mail today and it quickly went to the shredder.I hope the yellow one will arrive soon.

To those shareholders who will not vote: Will Zen management be able to claim those shares to their advantage? I thank you in advance.
