AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Remember this isn’t a heavy haulage road they are putting in.  It’s going to be used to mobilize a couple of drills to the site, support them for a couple of months and haul out the bulk sample as it’s drilled and demobilize.

Once permitting is in place (done) this short winter road is a pretty simple project.   All you need is a cutting crew to clear the route of brush and trees (readily available), a couple of tracked vehicles to keep the snow off of it and to pack the base so it freezes better (readily available), crews to make and maintain ice crossings (readily available) and really cold weather which they have.  I suspect they have the road in and are mobilizing drill equipment.

By the time they start hauling out the bulk sample things will be good and frozen.

Some pictures on twitter etc would be appreciated.
