TD Waterhouse Problems

Is anyone else having difficulty buying ZEN through TD Waterhouse? I have a president's account there but need to call in and have a trader place the trade for me, I can no longer place the trade on my own through the internet. Now I must also have 1/2 the value of the trade I wish to make in the account before the trader will place the trade for me. What is the use of having a president's account there? Time to start looking at working with another bank!
