I love your thinking, but we aren't due to have the PEA completed until sometime this year (7 months), and my understanding is that after that we'd still have to work through a pre feasibility and feasibility before actual mine construction. Unless they were referencing our bulk sample I wouldn't say we're anywhere near shovel ready.

As a side note, does anyone have rough timelines for how long pre feasibility and feasibility studies take to complete? I know it varies by project, but a rough timeline couldn't hurt to know
