If Zen Graphene is not the finest graphene in the world today, it will not be the finest graphene in six months. Perhaps it is time for you to stop your involvement with ZEN and either reduce your share count or sell all of your Zen shares. Neither Fluffy or other shareholders are here to hold your hand or provide a comfort pillow when the SP drops.

If you are not comfortable with the direction the company is heading, Fluffy suggests you write a letter to the BOD outlining your concerns and perhaps sharing your own ideas/vision on what direction the company should be taking. I am quite certain the BOD would enjoy reading about any type of business model you might propose. You might even suggest that the BOD make your proposal public, so all shareholders can view it and get a better understanding of your mangerial/scientific/marketing qualifications.  Cheers, Fluffy the Cat.
