This keeps coming up - Zenith Capital Corp. is not a private company. It is a public company and that is why we are allowed to hold them in registered accounts. If they were a private company, we would have to move them out of our registered accounts. This came up some years ago and brokerages were telling us that we had to move them but Zenith proved to them that it is a public company and we were allowed to leave them in registered accounts.
