USA shareholders with Fidelity accounts hold their ZCC shares as ZHCLF and can buy more or sell  their shares.  Is this possible for Canadian shareholders holding their shares AS ZCC?

Canadians have been buying ZHCLF.  Dunno about the selling but there's no reason it would be a problem  (though pretty painful at 26¢). Canadians can trade on the OTC or US exchanges just like Americans.
