Vivitar has no choice in the matter unless they want to take the fall and even then they "must " reveal who or where they got the input to their product. The courts and the law clearly states that Edig has the right to that information. If not disclosed by Vivitar they stand to loose big time . Remember the "Freedom of information Act" In a suit all information is required especially if the plaintiff is being stiffed by a violator of its patent .
