Well, I guess it depends how much longer you want to hold the stock. Lets be less than highly optimistic and say 50 million. Well edigital still gets a nice chunk of money to get out of debt and move forward with their ideas and products. The problem now is they are a little restricted on cash flow, unlike other companies in the IFE world.
On another note, if these cases are good, then perhaps we will see some sign of this in the stock volume. Maybe this is unethical...but would'nt a lawyer on the other side maybe want to make some money and invest in edigital if DM's case looks strong.
