I am not a legal expert, but still believe PATENTEE PLAINTIFF have a good chance in summary judgement. Perhaps we need help from LAWYERLONG , GILL , LEGALEAGLE to tell us further.

Those that i liked in this interview

1-Eastern district of TEXAS offer shortest time to trial.

2-Plaintiff have more than 80 percent chance of success at a jury trial in eastern district of TEXAS.

3-During a Markman hearing, the court's expertise further guarantees that a reversal by an appellate court is less likely.

4-Because of talented judges there is less chance of a decision being reversed and having to be retired.
