Caution is good and any settlement in EDIG's favor is a win.

My reference is only to the fact that EDIG has stated in a PR that the annual revenue sales for the first 10 infringers is over $20 Billion and then more recently stated, at the shareholders meeting, that settlements in the 100's of millions are being considered.

So regardless of settlement #1's results, there will be a lot more to come as EDIG's patents cover a large array of products over a broad time period.

And if that turns out to be the case, (which is looking likely in that DM is involved as a 3rd party working on a contingency basis and has no reason to hype anything) then EDIG under $1 looks to be a bargain.

So cautious exuberance? lol
