Call me crazy, but what if .....

Doni, emit, and sman had collaborated with E.Digital to come up with the response to the initial rejection. Seems like they have spent a lot of time analyzing this thing. Maybe things would have turned out differently?

So, E.Digital gets to submit one more response to the USPTO. What if, and bear with me on this, what if Doni, emit, and sman get together and propose a possible response.
