THE FRAND PRICING is very low it is about $0.02 USD for each unit sold and I thing it can go by multiples for a basket of IP"s say X10 the standard .02 or $.20 a unit sold, the good part it is the easiest way to license without going thru the hassle of discovery and markman and most compamies will gladly accept it. the bad part if the oem did not produce or manufacture much then the license fee will be very low, the good part let say we go after apple they sold millions and millions of ipads, ipods and iphones then we are talking.
