The 774 and 108 are tied to a Ruled partial judgment...having stipulations....the then subsequent final judgment against 774 and 108 with prejudice not conforming to the stipulations then triggered the exhibits of the stipulated partial judgment to be filed with regard to an appeal.

If you remember, other issues, such as 737, were tied to the partial judgment stipulations....which to me meant, that things have to be settled favorably in their regard .

I'm still standing on my previous thoughts, that the partial judgment centered around stipulations of enticement to settle other issues besides 774 and 108...favorably....if not...then ...
