Like I stated prior....IMVHO...e.Digital sacrificed its position .....and that sacrifice has nothing to do with Huawei....or what Apple considers of the e.Digital / Huawei circumstances.

e.Digital is not going to commit to any collusion with regard to Huawei ....there is no benefit to e.Digital to do that...over a few specific devices.

Unlike what Apple feels about the appeal now under consideration... e.Digital vs Huawei....Huawei will be defending its position in that matter. Apple can take their thoughts of what Huawei is up to and stick them where the sun does not shine. Huawei has as much of a stake in seeing that e.Digital not be favored in the appeal just as much as Apple does.
