Heck, there are three companies post CE appeal ruling that have not come to terms yet...never mind the recent claims construction stuff.

I reviewed the dockets of the involved companies, there are 4 companies that have not come to terms in the lower court post CE appeal ruling.

1. SNDK...no updates

2. GoPro Inc...having a recent update: "12/30/2014 85 ORDER of USCA as to 82 Notice of Appeal to Federal Circuit, filed by e.Digital Corporation. Due to a clerical error in the Clerk's Office, the November 19, 2014 opinion in this appeal was not entered on the docket or served on the parties until December 30, 2014.
