Yes, thanks. That does sound logical. This part of Arizona has a lot of eyes on it and LBSR is now a major player there. It would make sense that someone at some time made an offer and that JB is holding out for a better deal. I once heard through the grapevine that he had also talked to companies from Poland and Brazil too (2012) but those must have fizzled out.
