I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

With all due respect owed those seemingly well qualified officers and directors (based on a cursory review of their credentials), I've always been suspicious of press releases announcing "news" based on results from proprietary processes. This is often what one finds in mining frauds, though I am not claiming fraud to be the case with USPR - I haven't followed it.

However, and while on the subject of "proprietary processes", note especially pages 20 and 23 in this document. http://www.mines.az.gov/Publications/ofr02-20.pdf

In the first case, that company was one of the highest fliers on the Amex in the 1990's, before it came crashing down from FOURTEEN dollars per share. The main owner/promoter there escaped prosecution and moved on to similar promotions from Australia.

In the second example, the operation is still around under another name (Nevada Mining Corp.), and with some of the same principals behind it. They were able to "prove" value and get what seem to me to be worthless claims renewed by creatively coming up with an offtake agreement. But in the 6 or so yeas since then, nothing has been produced. This last traded in September, 100,000 shares at $0.0001 (TEN DOLLARS) - six billion shares out.
