We need clarity on the terms for the MBGS settlement as well. If there is a mandatory stock issue involved in the settlement agreement I won't be buying any more shares. I remember the last fiasco with A&P. I'm a strong supporter of JB and the science behind the claims, but as we careen toward a billion shares I am wary of any need to issue more shares.
