I think it is a given that multiple parties have shown some interest in LBSR's Tombstone claims. For the sake of argument, let's say at least one has already made an offer. My question is always what are LBSR's expectations and, at what point would/should they lower those expectations to get a deal. There is a huge value in the time factor too. Maybe x% today is better than a larger z% in October since all that time has been lost AND the share price would probably drop considerably by then with no JV news.
