Is it possible that one of the hang-ups with the North Pipes deal is financing? I don't know how much cash Genesis International has on hand, but maybe this whole deal, or a portion of it, is predicated on Genesis getting some type of financing. If this is the case, then that may hold us up for some time. Just thinking out load while we wait.
